a list of things I like to do when I’m not feeling too great and want to feel greater

I have lovely people I can talk to if I’m really feeling down. But if they aren’t around or I don’t want to bother anyone, these are just some of the things I do if I’m on my own and need to distract myself from whatever’s causing me grief.

I can put this here and add to it as I think of things

to remind myself so that I’m not moping around when I could be doing something about it

Around home:

• make fresh coffee
• fix a glass of half orange juice half cranberry juice
• play with pets
• do laundry (not sure why, it especially helps when I’m pissed off about something or someone)
• cooking, baking

Exercise: 

• walk around the neighborhood (autumn is the best time to walk everything’s cool and smells nice)
• visit the gym

• WII SPORTS GOLF AND BOWLING aw year
